Spa Policies

We understand that everyone has things come up – work, kids, or emergencies. Many people do not understand, though, that when we make appointments with you, it is not one-way. Our staff is waiting to meet with you as much as you are with them. There are many times that other people want the same times or appointments as you, and we cannot accommodate them due to our prior commitment to you.

Appointments & Cancellation

Reservations are needed for all Spa services. A valid credit/debit card or gift card is required to guarantee your reservation. To avoid being charged a 25% cancellation fee for cancelled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

Late Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.  If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible.  Service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value. We apologize for any inconvenience.
